Dogpatch Farm is a horse farm in Warrenton, Virginia, with a rich tradition of training horses. Started in 1940 by John Maloney, his daughter, Sharon (Sam) Maloney, took over running the farm in 1979. With her brother, Kevin, they have trained Thoroughbreds for the track, hunters and jumpers for high level competition, and nursed many a horse off the track, or from the show ring back to successful lives.
Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Fauquier County, Dogpatch Farm is a perfect place for working with horses. Horses come and take a deep breath as the fresh country air and peaceful farm life soothes their spirits. Sharon works with each owner to customize a program for their horse. The experienced team of riders, jockeys and stable hands ensures the best outcome possible. Take a look at the Background page to find out more about the farm, and give a call, or send an email to see the farm, or get more information.
